Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Instant rice 7 Ounce
  Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Canned tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Chopped green peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon drippings 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on HIGH, or until water is absorbed.
Fluff rice with fork.
