Spanish Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce
  Pimiento-stuffed olives 8 , sliced (Large Pieces)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped (About 0.5 Cup)
  Oats 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix thoroughly beef, 1/3 cup of the sauce and the remaining ingredients.
Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
Spread remaining tomato sauce over loaf.
Bake in 350° oven 1 1/4 hours.

I spice this one up a little bit by adding 1 tsp of garlic salt. Makes the meatloaf that much better! Love this recipe!
