Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ready to cook broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Carrots 2
  Onions 2 Medium
  Celery leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Chopped canned pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Uncooked long grain rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Frozen artichoke hearts 9 Ounce
  Shelled shrimp 12 Ounce
  Clams 12 Small
Directions

Combine flour, 1 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper; coat chicken with flour.
In skillet brown chicken in hot oil for 20 minutes.
Transfer to large kettle.
Add next 9 ingredients and 1/2 tea spoon salt.
Simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
Add artichokes, shrimp, and clams; simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes longer.
