Delicious Chicken And Rice Recipe
|Cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Of your choice)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole kernel corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Long grain white rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked|
|Chicken breast halves||4 (Boneless)|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)In 2-quart shallow baking dish mix cream of chicken soup, salsa, water, corn, and rice well.
2)Top with chicken and season with salt and pepper along with a sprinkle with chili powder.
3)Cover tightly with casserole lid or foil.
4)Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or so.
5)Spread the cheese after cooking.
6)Serve warm and enjoy!
