Lemon Chicken Barcelona

Wash chicken, wipe as dry as possible.
Mix the salt, pepper and paprika.
Rub chicken all over with the mixture.
Fill cavity with the slices of lemon.
Tie legs together.
Place the butter in an 8 x 8-inch (20 x 20 cm) microwave-safe dish.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until butter is browned.
Place chicken breast-side down in browned butter.
Microwave at HIGH 10 minutes.
Baste with drippings.
Microwave at MEDIUM 10 minutes.
Test for done-ness; if necessary, microwave another 5 minutes.
Remove chicken to a hot platter.
Add a few spoonfuls of hot water or chicken broth to the juice in the pan.
Microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
Pour over chicken or serve in a sauceboat.
