Haddock Seville

Haddock is a tasty fish. One of my all time favorites. This haddock seville is one that I absolutely love. Tasty and healthy this fish dish is a real treat for the senses. I just love every bite of this delicately flavored fish treat
Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 1 Pound
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Browning sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Bottled)
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Small, sliced
  Minced shallots 2 Tablespoon
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place haddock in greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish; top with onion.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, nut- meg and cayenne pepper.
Combine mushrooms, browning sauce and sherry; pour over haddock.
Top with tomatoes and shallots.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs; dot with butter.
Bake in 400-degree oven for 25 minutes.
