Spanish Sweetbread

Ingredients
  Sweetbread 1
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 6 Ounce
  Onion 1⁄2 Medium
  Jalapeno pepper 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Slice sweetbread; salt and pepper slices.
Roll in flour; brown in small amount of fat in skillet.
Combine tomatoes, onion and pepper in separate pan; add 112 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Pour tomato mixture over browned sweetbread; simmer for 20 minutes.
