Avocado Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Green onion stalks 3
  Cucumber 1 Large
  Avocado 1
  Red bell pepper 1
  Chilli oil/Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Apple cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Regular salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut all the vegetables.

MAKING
2. In a blending jar take green onions, cucumber, red bell pepper, and chili oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and water. Blend for few minutes.
3. Add in avocado and basil; blend again for a few minute.
4. Season with salt and pepper; give a pulse again in the blender.

SERVING
5. Top the Avocado Gazpacho with fresh cream and serve.
