Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a cold tomato soup that is deliciously fresh! It is made in a snap and is great as an appetizer or as a light meal. It is also quite healthy as it has no fat and is loaded with fresh veggies.
Ingredients
  Canned tomato juice 46 Ounce (1 can)
  Ripe tomato 4 Medium, peeled, chopped
  Cucumbers 2 Small, peeles, seeded, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Sweet onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Pinch (to taste)
  Pepper 1 Pinch (to taste)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

SERVING
5. In a serving glass or bowl, serve the Gazpacho garnished with cilantro and chilled.
