Ingredients
  Peeled seeded chopped tomato 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Seeded chopped cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced green chilies 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dried cilantro/Parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 12 ingredients; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Stir gently before serving; sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
