1. Clean the shrimps.
2. Wash the mushrooms.
3. Take a pan and heat olive oil. Put the shrimps and cook for 1 minute.
4. Pour the brandy over it and flame it.
5. Add mushrooms, garlic and pepper and allow it to cook for few minutes till all the ingredients are cooked.
6. In a serving bowl, transfer the tapas and serve it hot with bread or can be also eaten plain.
