Coliflor Al Ajo Arriero

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 Small
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon, in which the cauliflower cooked
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Boil cleaned head of cauliflower until tender (10-15 minutes).
On the side, heat olive oil and fry garlic cloves until browned.
Discard cloves, add paprika with pan off fire, stir in 2 tb vinegar and 2 tb of water from the cooking of the cauliflower.
Heat sauce, season with salt and.
pepper, and pour over drained cauliflower.
Cover and cook 10 minutes over very low heat.
