Ingredients
  Merluza a la mari nera 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley sprigs 1 Tablespoon
  Hot chili pepper To Taste, substitute powdered cayenne if chile pepper is not available
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare Merluza a la Marinera.
A few minutes before serving, crush chili pepper and parsley in mortar with flour.
Blend in olive oil and pour into fish casserole.
Stir sauce over low fire for 2-3 minutes and serve.
