|White bread slice||12|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Boil milk for a few minutes with sugar, cinnamon stick, and .lemon peel until liquid has taken on flavor.
Strain liquid over bread in shallow platter.
Beat eggs in a deep plate with a pinch of salt.
Remove bread slices from milk with great care, dip in egg, and fry on both sides in hot oil until browned and crusty.
Serve hot, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
