Ingredients
  White fish tail 2 Pound, prepared as for the preceding recipe
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash and dry fish.
Roll in paprika.
Place in saucepan, cover with cold milk, and simmer on slow fire until fish is cooked through (15 minutes or less).
Serve hot or cold.
If cold, serve with Mayonnaise , allioli, or Romesco Sauce
