Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Anise liqueur 1 Teaspoon (if not available, substitute a pinch of ground anise seed)
Directions

Put flour on a table or marble slab.
Make a hole in the center for the remaining ingredients.
Mix dough thoroughly with fingers, roll into a ball, and allow to rest while you prepare the filling.
