Barbecued Spanish Mackerel
|Spanish mackerel fillets||2 Pound|
|Cocktail vegetable juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place fillets in single layer, skin side down, in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over fillets.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon wedges and watercress.
