Barbecued Spanish Mackerel

Ingredients
  Spanish mackerel filletsĀ  2 Pound
  Cocktail vegetable juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Barbecue sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place fillets in single layer, skin side down, in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over fillets.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Garnish with lemon wedges and watercress.
