Spanish Bean and Garlic Soup
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Beans||2 Cup (32 tbs) (any type)|
|Garlic cloves||8 Small, minced|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
1. Take a bowl and pour 6 cups of water and add beans and allow it to soak overnight. Or soak the beans quickly and drain the water.
2. Add soaked beans to a saucepan along with water and boil them. Stir in garlic and salt and cook until the beans are soft.
3. Serve the Spanish bean and garlic soup after stirring in spoonful of oil into it. Team this soup with freshly baked bread or freshly steamed rice.
