|Tomato||1 , thinly sliced|
|Green pepper slice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Few Thin Slices)|
|Buttered white bread slices||1 (About 1/2-Inch Thick)|
|Hard boiled egg||1⁄2 , sliced|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Serving)|
1) Take bread slice and place slices of tomato and pepper on it.
2) Top it with hard-boiled egg slices and rolls of anchovy fillets.
3) Serve Spanish open sandwich with mayonnaise.
