Ingredients
  Tomato 1 , thinly sliced
  Green pepper slice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Few Thin Slices)
  Buttered white bread slices 1 (About 1/2-Inch Thick)
  Hard boiled egg 1⁄2 , sliced
  Anchovy fillets 3
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take bread slice and place slices of tomato and pepper on it.
2) Top it with hard-boiled egg slices and rolls of anchovy fillets.

SERVING
3) Serve Spanish open sandwich with mayonnaise.
