Quick Paella

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Ounce
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Mushrooms 4 , chopped
  Red pepper/Green pepper 1 , blanched and diced
  Prawns 4 Ounce, peeled
  Long grain rice/Or use pre cooked rice 6 Ounce, cooked
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large frying pan, add the oil and butter together.
2) Saute the onion and mushrooms in the pan for a few minutes.
3) Stir in rest of the ingredients, toss until thoroughly mixed.
4) Place over a low heat for about 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Serve the Quick Paella immediately.
