Spanish Style White Fish

Ingredients
  White fish fillet 1 Medium
  Scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (for the salad)
  Red bell peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (for the salad)
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (for the salad)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Paprika 1 Pinch, roasted
  Olives 6 Small
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Onions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon (for the salad)
Directions

MAKING
To make the salad :
1. In a bowl toss together peppers, scallions and olive oil. Alternately you can use marinated tomato, cucumber and onions mixed with a salad dressing.
2. Heat a pan and add the mixed salad, some extra onions, garlic, olives, roasted paprika, cayenne pepper and the fish fillets.
3. Add a little water and sauce and braise it until done.

SERVING
4. On a serving plate place the fish, pour the cooked sauce and serve.
