Gazpacho With Condensed Tomato Soup

Ingredients
Garlic Cloves -2 medium, minced
Olive oil- 2 tbsp
Condensed tomato soup - 3 cans (10 3/4 ounces each)
Cold water- 3 cups
Wine vinegar-1/4 cup
Cucumber - 2 cups, chopped
Green pepper-1 cup, chopped
Onion - 1/2 cup, chopped
Croutons
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a small saucepan, add olive oil into it and sauté garlic.
2. Take a large bowl add water, soup, vinegar into it and stir in sautéed garlic.
3. Freeze the mixture for 4 hours and transfer to chilled bowls before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve after garnishing with green pepper, chopped onions and cucumber.
