Gangbang Paella

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chickens 5 Pound, cut into pieces (2 Chicken Of 2 1/2 Pound Each)
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Rice 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Smoked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chorizos 3 Large, cut in 1/4-inch slices (Spanish Sausage)
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm), chopped
  Saffron 2 Teaspoon
  Lobster tails 6 , cut in half lengthwise
  Shelled shrimp 24
  Squids 2 , sliced
  Chicken broth 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Fresh clams 48 , scrubbed
  Mussels 48 , scrubbed
  Pitted olives 24
  Pimiento slice 8
  Cooked green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Saute chicken in oil in large skillet on both sides until brown.
Add onions.
Simmer until slightly softened.
Stir in rice, ham, chorizos, garlic, saffron, lobster, shrimp and squid.
Add chicken broth.
Cover tightly.
Cook 15 to 18 minutes until rice is tender.
Set aside until 20 minutes before ready to serve.
Add clams, mussels, olives and pimiento.
Bake in preheated 3500 oven 15 minutes.
Add heated peas and parsley.
Serves 16 to 20.
