Spanish Eggs

Ingredients
  Eggs 6
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Chop fine:
  Onion 1 Large
  Capsicums 2
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Garlic flakes 10 Gram
  Celery stalks 3
Directions

Fry chopped ingredients in butter for just 2 to 3 minutes, and remove from fire.
Grease individual bowls.
Place a tablespoon of onion mixture.
Sprinkle some cheese and salt.
Gently break one egg into each bowl.
Bake in a moderate oven of 350° till egg sets.
Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
