Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Canned tomatoes 56 Ounce (2 Cans, 28-Ounce Each)
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cucumber 1 , peeled, seeded and diced
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Celery ribs 3 , diced
  Sweet pickle relish 2 Tablespoon
  Tabasco sauce 2 Tablespoon (To Taste)
Directions

Drain tomatoes; reserve juice.
In blender combine tomatoes, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, and blend until tomatoes are in small bits.
In large container, combine with tomato juice, cucumber, green pepper, onion, celery, and relish.
Stir in a drop or two of Tabasco sauce.
Refrigerate several hours.
Serve cold in glass bowls.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
