Evie's Spanish Rice

Ingredients
  Lean beef 2 Pound, ground
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Green peppers 2 , chopped
  Canned tomatoes 1 Quart
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (Can)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Converted rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat oil and add beef. Sauté until brown.
2) Drain and keep aside.
3) In slow cooker add all ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly.
4) Cook covered on low for 7-9 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
