|Rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Canned tomatoes||28 Ounce (1 Can)|
1. In a pan in the oil saute onion and green pepper until soft.
2. Add ground beef and seasonings, stirring until meat loses its pink color and mix in the cooked rice, the tomatoes, and the catsup and Worcestershire sauce thoroughly.
3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
4. Serve hot with desired garnish.
