Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken cutlet 4 , thin sliced, rinsed and patted dry
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Seasoning salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Dried oregano 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 2 Large
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Plain breadcrumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place cutlets onto a plate and sprinkle seasoning salt on both sides. Mix remaining spices and sprinkle on both sides. Pour on Vinegar and mix into the meat. Let marinaide for 10 to 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, scramble egg.

After 10-15 minutes take chicken and place into the scrambled egg, then place into breadcrumbs. When chicken is covered in breadcrumbs place onto a tray. Repeat with remaining chicken. Let chicken sit for 5 minutes

In a pan over med/high heat, place in oil. When oil is hot, lower temperature to medium and then place in chicken cutlet. Cook until golden on both sides. Drain onto a paper towel. Serve hot. Enjoy!!!
