|Rice||20 Ounce, frozen (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked pork/Ham||4 Ounce, cubed to make 1 cup|
|Cooked ham/Cooked pork||4 Ounce, cubed (1 Cup)|
|Canned large shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Tomato||1 Large, cut into wedges|
1 In a 2-quart casserole with lid, place bacon.
2 Cover with white paper towels.
3 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 4 minutes or until crisp.
4 Remove bacon from casserole, leaving drippings in casserole.
5 Drain bacon on paper towels.
6 Crumble drained bacon; set aside.
7 Stir contents of seasoning pouch from rice into bacon drippings in casserole.
8 Stir in water.
9 Add frozen rice. Cover.
10 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 6 minutes.
11 Stir in pork or ham, shrimp and tomato wedges; cover.
12 Microwave at 100% (HIGH) for 8 minutes or until rice is tender and meat is heated through.
13 Top with crumbled bacon and serve.
