Spanish Chicken Pie

Ingredients
  Pepper red 1
  Green pepper 1
  Onion 1 Large
  Tomatoes 8 Ounce
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Diced cooked ham 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced cooked chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Bread dough 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Made With 4 Cups All-Purpose Flour Etc)
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

MAKING
1. Remove the cores, pith and seeds of the pepeprs and chop them finely
2. Peel and chop the onions and tomatoes
3. In a frying pan, heat oil and fry the peppers, onions and garlic, for ten minutes at low heat
4. Add tomatoes to it along with ham and chicken and allow to simmer; add salt and pepper, stir and turn the heat off
5. Halve the dough and roll it out on a floured surface into two circles roughly 12" each in diameter
6. Place one of them on a greased baking dish, spread chicken over and leave about half an inch of space on each side
7. Place the second circle of dough on top and seal the edges together
8. Score with a knife, brush all over with an egg and bake at 400° F for forty five minutes

9. Serve as per your tastes
