Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hunts Low Sodium)
  Fat free low sodium beef broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce
  Carrots 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), shredded
  Green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Parsley 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fat free sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cilantro 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In large bowl, combine tomato juice, beef broth, soup, cucumbers, peppers, carrots, celery, green onions, parsley, garlic, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
Top with desired amount of sour cream and cilantro.
