Ingredients
  Green beans 2 Pound
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Chopped parsley To Taste
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Ham 1⁄4 Pound, chopped
  Bacon 1⁄4 Pound, chopped
  White wine 3 Ounce
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook beans in boiling salted water until tender; drain.
2. Heat olive oil in large skillet; add onions, parsley, garlic, ham and bacon.
3. Cook until ham and bacon are done; add wine, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
4. Add beans and small amount of water if necessary. Cover; simmer until heated through.

SERVING
5. Serve hot
