Spanish Rice With Beef

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cooked long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain yoghurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tomatoes/2 cups canned tomatoes 2 Large, peeled
Directions

Crumble ground beef in plastic colander.
Place over microproof casserole and cook on HIGH 5 minutes to brown, stirring twice.
Discard drippings.
Place beef in casserole and add celery, onion and green pepper.
Cook on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring once.
In small bowl, stir seasonings and yoghurt together.
Add to meat mixture along with rice and tomatoes.
Cook on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring once.
Let stand 5 minutes.
