|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Stock/Soup||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Cooked tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Green peppers||2 Small|
|Chilli powder||To Taste|
Saute finely sliced onion in the fat until soft, add rice and brown lightly.
Seed and slice green peppers and add to rice with the stock and tomatoes.
If liked, add more tomato canned or home cooked, and sliced, sauteed mushrooms and finely sliced celery.
Serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
