Spanish Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
  Frozen peas 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked ham 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into thin strips
  Eggs 4
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Thaw the peas.
Peel and finely chop the onions.
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the onions and fry for 5 minutes.
Stir in the ham and peas and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Beat together the eggs, water, celery salt and pepper.
Stir in the cheese and pour this mixture into the pan.
Cook gently, turning and stirring frequently, until the eggs are lightly scrambled.
They should still be moist, so do not overcook.
Sprinkle on the parsley and serve.
