Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4
  Cucumbers 3
  Celery stalks 2
  Onion 1 Small
  Bell pepper To Taste
  Tomato juice/Vegetable juice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Small, minced
  Chopped cilantro 4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Chop all vegetables.
(If using a food processor, chop each separately; be sure not to over-chop.
They should be a bit chunky.) Combine with remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate until cold.
Serve in chilled bowls, mugs, or any fun serving piece.
Top with avocado and sour cream; or with chopped herbs such as basil, cilantro, parsley, or chives.
