Gazpacho Bloody Mary
|Green bell peppers||2 , chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), chopped|
|Tomato juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ice cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Pickled gherkins||6 , chopped|
GETTING READY 1) Wash the tomatoes properly and then blanch and peel them. 2) Cut the tomatoes into half and gently squeeze out the seeds. MAKING 3) Cut the tomato shells into cubes equally. 4) Peel the cucumbers, remove the seeds from by cutting them into quarters. 5) Now dice the cucumbers. 6) In a food processor, blend the tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and garlic. 7) Combine it with breadcrumbs and tomato juice and blend till it becomes smooth. 8) Into the jug, pour the entire making and stir Tabasco sauce, salt and seasoning. 9) Chill till it becomes ready to serve. SERVING 10) Serve in glasses of about 250 ml capacity.
11) To each glass, add 1 1/2 tbsp vodka and fill with gazpacho.
12) Give it a swirl, sprinkle with gherkins and serve.
