Spanish Breakfast Scramble

Join Chef Ani as she shows you how to make a fast and easy breakfast scramble using nuts, seeds, and veggies.
Love the chicks pate:
  Almonds 1 Cup (16 tbs), dry
  Sunflower seeds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), dry
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Spanish scramble:
  Cilantro 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Tomato 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped finely
  Chopped scallions 2 Tablespoon
  Spinach leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed
  Black pepper 2 Pinch

1)In a food processor add almond, sun flower seeds, sea salt turmeric and water. Blend until everything is coarsely ground.
2)Combine 2 servings of the crumble made in the food processor along with the cilantro, tomato, and scallion.
3)In 2 bowl lay out some spinach leaves and scoop out the crumble mixture onto the spinach leaves.

4)Serve the bowls with a pinch of salt each and enjoy!
