Spanish Sauce

Ingredients
  Green pepper 1 Large, chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), finely chopped
  Bacon fat/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Stewed tomatoes 15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushroom stems and pieces 2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Combine peppers, onion, garlic and fat in 1-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 1 1/2 MINUTES to 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onions are transparent.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover with waxed paper.
MICROWAVE 5 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, or until sauce reaches desired consistency, stirring after 2 1/2 minutes.
Serve as a sauce for Spanish omelet, meat loaf, rice or pasta.
