Cool Summer Gazpacho Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh pineapple 3 Cup (48 tbs), cut in to chunks
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained
  Cucumber 1 Large, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 4 Teaspoon
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

• Stir together pineapple and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Cover; chill 1 hour or overnight to blend flavors. Stir before serving.
