Spicy Gazpacho

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, chopped (Fresh Or Canned)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Medium, pared and chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Medium, seeded and chopped
  Diced onion 1 Ounce
  Enriched white bread slice 1⁄2 , torn into pieces
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Artificial sweetener 1 Dash
  Cumin 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender container or food processor; process to desired consistency.
Add more water to adjust consistency, if desired.
Chill.
Divide evenly.
