Set Power Select at HIGH.
In 5-quart casserole dish, combine water, cinnamon, saffron and flavor packets (from rice mix).
Heat, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until liquid is boiling.
Add rice and heat, covered, 10 to 11 minutes.
Add clams and let stand, covered, 10 to 12 minutes.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Add shrimp and ham and heat, covered, 11 to 12 minutes, stirring once.
Add chicken, artichokes, olives and pimento.
Heat, covered, at MEDIUM 10 to 11 minutes stirring once.
Let STAND 10 minutes before serving.
