Spanish Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Spanish rice 7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Egg 1
  Instant minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine ground beef, Spanish rice, egg, onion, and salt.
Shape into 4 or 5 individual loaves or put in 5 custard cups.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
