Baked Fillets Spanish Style

Ingredients
  Sliced onion 1 Medium
  Fat/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Canned tomato juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Seeded green pepper 1⁄2 , minced
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash (Speck)
  Whole clove 1
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fish fillets 2 Pound
Directions

Saute onion in the fat until tender; stir in flour.
Add all remaining ingredients but fish and simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove bay leaf and clove.
Arrange fish fillets in a shallow baking dish and cover with sauce.
Bake uncovered in a moderate oven of 350°F for 30 min or until the fish flakes readily.
