Rice Spanish

Ingredients
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onions 2 Large, sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Canned tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place the rice in the upper part of a double boiler.
2. Saute the onions and green pepper in the drippings 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes, salt and chili powder. Mix and heat.
4. Pour over the rice and heat over boiling water until steaming.
