Ingredients
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), pressed
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Green peppers 1 1⁄2 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Cucumber 1 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Diced red onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine tomatoes, green pepper, cucumber and red onion in Batter Bowl.
In small bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil and vinegar using 10-inch Whisk.
Pour dressing over vegetables; stir to combine with Super Scraper.
Season with salt and pepper.
