|Rye flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Unhulled sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Cook tripe according to basic method.
Cut tripe into 2-inch strips approximately 1/2 inch wide.
Mix rye flour, salt and pepper and dust tripe with seasoned flour.
In wok or skillet, saute onions in oil and butter for 5 minutes.
Add floured tripe and saute until strips are golden brown.
Add sesame seeds and chopped parsley and serve.
