|Chopped green bell pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Butter/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes with liquid||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Chili powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Textured vegetable protein||1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated in 1 cup boiling water (Tvp)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Rehydrating Tvp)|
Saute green pepper, onion and garlic in melted butter or vegetable oil until onion is transparent.
Stir in all remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly before serving.
