Ingredients
  Chopped green bell pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Butter/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes with liquid 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Textured vegetable protein 1 Cup (16 tbs), rehydrated in 1 cup boiling water (Tvp)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Rehydrating Tvp)
Directions

Saute green pepper, onion and garlic in melted butter or vegetable oil until onion is transparent.
Stir in all remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly before serving.
