|Chicken bouillon cube||1|
|Cooked lobster||1 Small|
|Dublin bay prawns||4|
|Frozen peas||8 Ounce|
|Pimento/Red pepper||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
Cut up chicken, onion and garlic and fry in the oil until golden, Add half the water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the tomatoes skinned and cut up, the rice and the remaining water and bouillon cube.
Simmer 5 minutes, stir in saffron.
Mix together, and add the lobster pieces, prawns, mussels and peas with the pimentos.
Continue cooking until rice is cooked and has absorbed most of the liquid, 15-20 minutes.
