Ingredients
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Green peppers To Taste
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Ground beef 3 Pound
  Olives 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Cooking wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Stage1-Heat oil and add cut up onion, crushed garlic and green pepper also cut up.

Stage2-Add beef and stir for a few minutes so that it does not stick.

Stage3-Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.

Served with white rice.
